Anita Leviant<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is a Consultant\u00a0at\u00a0Strikovsky,&Co. Law Firm<\/strong>\u00a0in the areas of Corporate, Banking, Capital Market, Finance and International Agreements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anita is a member of both the Israeli and the New York State Bars.<\/p>\n

Anita is a Certified Mediator and holds a LL.B degree from\u00a0Tel Aviv University<\/strong>\u00a0Law School.<\/p>\n

For a period of twenty years, she held several senior positions with\u00a0Hapoalim\u00a0Banking Group including EVP Deputy Head of\u00a0Hapoalim Europe<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and Global Private Banking and EVP General Global Counsel of the group, where she was advised the group on regulatory issues on a global basis. This included, leading the establishment and NASDAQ listing of the NY based Bank\u00a0Signature bank<\/strong>, Asset Management companies in Dublin and London, listing of shares and GMTN \u00a0programs in the LSE, M&A\u2019s, participating in financial legislation initiatives including\u00a0 Netting, derivatives and more. Anita served as a director in the overseas subsidiaries of Bank Hapoalim in the US, UK, Ireland and more.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, Anita specialized in Corporate Law, Finance and Liquidation and was a Private International Law Research Assistant to the Law School Dean in the\u00a0Tel Aviv University.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anita heads LA Global Consulting(LAGC),which\u00a0specializes in representing and consulting global oriented companies and investors\u00a0 on business and regulatory issues, in cross border transactions, FinTech, Cyber and banking<\/p>\n

Anita\u00a0\u00a0 serves as a Director of a NYSE listed company, ,which invests mainly in renewable energy ,member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Company and a Co-Founder and Advisory Board member of the\u00a0Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions Ltd in Tel Aviv<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Anita is the President of the\u00a0Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of the\u00a0\u00a0 Federation of Bi-National Chambers of Commerce<\/em><\/strong>, and board member of Israel EU Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
